Hi! Thank you for visiting my blogsite! My name is Tygre and this blog has been created as I begin my career in photography. I am a teacher by day with a degree in Early Childhood Education and while I have never had any formal lessons in photography, it is something I have always loved to do. My mom gave me my very first 110 at a young age and my Nana has helped me grow with bigger and better cameras, lenses, and a studio to play around in!
Currently I am learning by trial and error and lots and lots of photography books! I now have a mentor and receiving one-on-one lessons with an excellent and experienced photographer and eventually (but hopefully soon) I plan to take classes and join photography organizations.
As you will see from this blog, I really enjoy taking pictures of everything--from people to nature to wildlife to things. When I photograph, I like to capture that unforgettable moment, that perfect shot, that when you look at it, you can see the emotion, the passion, the energy, the instant full of expression. I do take a few formal shots because there is always a time and place for that, but I do enjoy being the photojournalist most.
This blog is all about the journey... my trials and erros as well as the successes. I hope you enjoy viewing the pictures as much as I enjoy taking the photos!
